-
Awaken interest and passion
It is difficult to convince a child that football is more interesting than a tablet. But our coaches know how to interest children and show them that physical activity can be fun and exciting. They know how to engage a child in the game and help them master new skills.
-
Attend every child
The coaches of our school follow the progress of each player supporting them in difficult moments and celebrate their achievements with them. After all, the most important task for us is to conduct the training the way children enjoy.
-
Help development
Our players are bright-eyed and passionate about life and are full of sporting passion. Here they learn to work in a team and develop physically. Great friendships are born during training founded on a common healthy hobby.
The Junior coaches base their work on the methods and programs of the Lesgaft University of Physical Education, Sport and Health.
Most classes are play-based so that children in each age group enjoy the sport and leave in good spirits.

Why is the cheetah Max the symbol of Junior?
Max is the mascot of our school for a reason. He personifies all the qualities we develop in our little athletes.
Did you know that a cheetah can reach the speed of 65 km/h from a standing position in just 2 seconds? That’s unbelievable! We want to achieve the same kind of speed with each of our students. Its swift running reminds us how important it is to make decisions quickly and act bravely️.
Cheetah Max isn’t just fast. He is also strong, quick and agile. These are the qualities that help him to easily outmaneuver opponents and score goals from any distance.
He knows that on the field you need not only to run faster, but also to show intelligence and resourcefulness. And even on a difficult path with obstacles he finds a way out of any difficulties.
At the Junior school we are inspired by Max’s example - children are getting stronger, faster and more agile with every training! Perseverance and regular training turn any young football player into a real champion!
Do you want your child to become a "cheetah" on the football field?

Football like any other sport or physical activity carries a risk of minor injuries, bruises, and abrasions. However there is a much greater risk of injuries caused by systematic errors during training. That is why our methods have been developed by specialists from the Lesgaft University of Physical Education, Sport and Health. All training includes only safe age-appropriate exercises and our coaches are advised by experienced specialists such as the head doctor of the Russian national football team Eduard Bezuglov.
All our coaches are trained in first aid before starting work and a first aid kit is always available at the reception desk during training. The safety and health of your child is our main priority, and the training process is designed to protect students from injury as much as possible.

In order for a child to enjoy playing football, it is important that his appearance and uniform match the activity. We recommend parents to choose light sports shoes with a flat sole (trainers, sneakers), as well as shorts and a light T-shirt made of breathable fabric. In addition, parents can order a branded "Junior" uniform for their child with a choice of the number and the last name on the back.
-
Depending on where the classes are held, parents have the opportunity to attend the training and personally observe how their child is training. In addition, after the training, parents can approach the coach and ask any questions they may have.
-
Certainly, if your child meets the requirements they will be able to participate in tournaments! Schools regularly hold various competitions and tournaments. This is a great opportunity for children to show their abilities, learn to work in a team and develop confidence.
